Zeke and Kat’s wedding celebration was held at the majestic and classically appointed Morrison House in Old Town Alexandria. A small, private affair with their closest friends and family, this was a wedding very close to our hearts, not only because it was practically held in our backyard, but because we happen to have a soft spot for small weddings. The day started out like any other, with our beautiful bride, calm and serene and beaming, being helped into her dress by a tearful mother, while her best friends cheered her on.
An ever-so-slightly nervous groom awaited his bride-to-be, in the shade of a wall covered in blush pink rose vines. The first glimpse of her in that white dress took his breath away, and as usual, the emotional moment of their “first look” took our breath away! And although the bride was radiant and the groom dashing, we would be amiss if we didn’t mention the loveliest little flower girl in that beautiful floral crown, her two front teeth missing.
